Event Brand Identity
Embodying their mission of improving community health and safety through the power of data, every year ESO hosts a 4-day conference for over 1,000 fire, EMS, hospital, and state attendees to learn emerging trends and best practices for leveraging data to transform organization and improve care quality.
With promotion starting 9 months prior to the event, this large-scale conference requires a trustworthy, consistent brand experience across many touchpoints.
The design of Wave assets continually iterates on branding of past years. ESO's brand navy – a steadfast color found in the health and safety community – is paired with a vibrant teal and yellow seen when looking out into ocean waves on a clear day.
Fonts were selected to be confident, bold and attention grabbing while still being easy to read.
To help potential attendees understand what to expect, and more importantly, the value and scale of the conference, the use of past years' photography is incorporated into collateral where appropriate.
